Description:
The first presentation in this year's Distinguished Scholar-Teacher Lecture Series will be given by Dr. Colin Phillips from the Department of Linguistics. He will present, Linguistic Illusions: Where You See Them, Where You Don't. The Distinguished Scholar-Teacher Lectures are given by faculty members who are being honored for their outstanding accomplishments in both scholarship and teaching. Besides Dr. Phillips, this year's honorees include Dr. Ritu Agarwal, Dr. Avis Cohen and Dr. Lawrence Washington.
