"Promoting the Health of Electronics"
The 2011 symposium explores the topic "Promoting the Health of Electronics." The symposium will examine the significant advances being made in electronics reliability engineering and their impact on product performance and safety. Speakers will describe how the physics-of-failure approach to electronics reliability has benefited the military and the personal computer industry, and the current and potential impact of this approach on a wide range of products from medical devices and electric cars to green energy sources such as wind turbines.
