Description: Learn about the world of small claims court where ordinary people can handle their own legal cases without having to hire a lawyer. Explore how to sue a business that has done you wrong, how to get a judge involved in your landlord-tenant dispute, and more. We will also talk about the other side of things what to do when you are the one who has been sued in a small claims action.
