MAPP Lecture | Juhani Pallasmaa: Space, Place, and Atmosphere | Wednesday at 6:15

Please join us for the first lecture of the semester as we present the Colden Florance Lecture by Juhani Pallasmaa: "Space, Place, and Atmosphere," Wednesday, January 25, 2012 at 6:15pm. The lecture will be held in Auditorium of the School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation. A Finnish architect and former professor of architecture, Juhani Pallasmaa's exhibitions of Finnish architecture, planning and visual arts have been displayed in more than thirty countries. He has written numerous articles on cultural philosophy, environmental psychology and theories of architecture and the arts. He is an honorary Fellow of the American Institute of Architects, Member of the CICA International Committee of Architectural Critics, and Member of the International Academy of Architecture. {Will appear in FYI on Jan 24, 2012
