FREE "Lunch with the Lawyer" Workshop - Wills
Description:
Wills are not just for the old and infirm, but can be important for students as well. How do you determine whether you need a will in the first place? What kind of property and assets can you leave in a will? What happens if you dont have a will? Can you rely on a will that you executed in another state or in your home country if you are an international student? Join Graduate Legal Aid staff and Morris Klein, Esq. for a basic overview of Wills and the answers to these questions and more! Morris Klein, Esq. is licensed to practice law in Maryland and D.C. He was the chair of the Maryland State Bar Elder Law Section in 2001-2002 and 2009-2010, and the co-chair of the DC Bar Estates Trusts and Probate Section in 2007-2009.
Please RSVP via the below link. Your answer is non-binding and we simply want a general headcount: http://tinyurl.com/6w452px
