Description:
The School of Public Policy's Tuesday Policy Forum will host Christopher Nidel,an environmental attorney who represents individuals and groups across the country injured or threatened by exposures to toxic chemicals in the workplace and environment. Mr. Nidel also represents groups and non-profit organizations on several environmental issues including coal fired power plants and fly ash, groundwater contamination, and natural resource damages.
