Why is it important? by Dr. James Cohen, Director of the Urban Studies and Planning Program at the School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation. This Lecture is one in a series that is being offered during the Spring Semester as part of ARCH 289i, Smart Growth Goes to School: Sustainability at College Park.
