Volunteers Needed for Spring Commencement
Description:
Volunteers are needed to help at the campus-wide Spring Commencement ceremony on Sunday, May 20, 2012. The ceremony is at 1:00 pm in the Comcast Center, and volunteers are needed from 9:30 am until 2:00 pm. You will be asked to assist parents and families with giving directions, assist individuals in wheelchairs or with other disabilities, help graduates to line-up, and generally welcome everyone.
Volunteers are also needed to staff five information booths around campus on Monday, May 21 from 8 am to 4 pm.
All volunteers will receive a red polo shirt. A volunteer training lunch will be held on Wednesday, May 16 at noon in Heritage Hall, main concourse, Comcast Center.
