The School of Public Policy's Tuesday Policy Forum will feature Stephen Steve Rabin, Chief Speechwriter for Governor Martin OMalley. A writer and researcher based out of Annapolis, Maryland, Rabin has advised elected officials, candidates, universities, and non-profit organizations on message and communications strategy. In 2004, he contributed to Al Frankens New York Times Best Seller, "Lies and the Lying Liars Who Tell Them."
