18th Annual Shih-I Pai Lecture & 60th Anniversary of IPST
Description:
Professor Shih-I Pai (1913-1996) was a founding member of the Institute for Fluid Dynamics and Applied Mathematics, now the Institute for Physical Science and Technology.
Sir Michael Berry, Melville Wills Professor of Physics, University of Bristol will be the guest speaker at today's 18th Annual Shih-I Pai Lecture.
James Yorke, Distinguished University Professor, University of Maryland, will present an historical review of IPST.
