Cops Say Legalize Drugs: Ask One Why! Major Neill Franklin is a former Baltimore narcotics officer. Decades of experience has lead him and many others to form and join Law Enforcement Against Prohibition. His personal experiences have shown him that there are practical alternatives to the War on Drugs, which in almost every respect, is MORE harmful than drug use itself. Come listen to him speak and discuss his experiences on October 22nd, 2012 from 7:00PM to 9:00PM in the Benjamin Banneker B room of Stamp.
