SESYNC Seminar Series - Tuesdays in Annapolis
Description:
The National Socio-Environmental Synthesis Center (SESYNC) in Annapolis, MD invites participants to attend its weekly Seminar Series and Brown Bag Discussions on Tuesdays at 12:30PM.
The next seminar will be on Tuesday, October 23. Dr. Larry Band, Voit Gilmore Distinguished Professor of Geography at UNC-Chapel Hill, will be presenting on "Coupled water, carbon and nutrient cycling within mixed land use catchments."

The National Socio-Environmental Synthesis Center (SESYNC) is a national research center supported by the National Science Foundation through a grant to the University of Maryland. SESYNC funds the world's leading social and natural scientists to travel to the Annapolis facility and work intensively in small trans-disciplinary groups to advance fundamental research on socio-environmental problems.
