Free film screening: Ecuador cloud forest research and conservation
Description:
The film maker will be here to show the film. Focuses on research (funded by National Geographic) by Dr. Bitty Roy on a neat pollination system involving orchids that mimic mushrooms. The film also documents the conservation issues and mining conflicts in the heart of Intag valley, what the local people are facing and what we can do to help.
