Beyond the Classroom PResnts: A Conversation with Fillmmaker Bob Compton
Description:
The filmmaker behind the international education documentaries Two Million Minutes, A Right Denied, and The Finland Phenomenon will discuss his experiences traveling around the world to make films about education. He will share what inspired him to tackle education through film, and his ideas for addressing some of the biggest challenges schools are facing in the 21st century.
All participants are asked come prepared with a one sentence answer to the question: What is the purpose of school?
