Patent Seminar - America Invents Act

On Tuesday, October 30, 2012 in room 1103 Bioscience Research Building from 3:30 5:30 pm join the Office of Technology Commercialization for a panel discussion on the America Invents Act including the change to a first-inventor-to-file system. Additional topics include: What is patentable? How these recent patent law changes might impact your work at the University of Maryland, and The Universitys Intellectual Property Policy. Opening remarks will be made by Dr. Pat OShea, Vice President and Chief Research Officer.
