Did you know that nobody knows for sure how people catch the flu?
The Got Flu? Study aims to discover how the flu is spread and right now, we are recruiting participants to register in our surveillance study. It takes less than 5 minutes to sign up and and even less time to answer our two weekly questions regarding any flu symptoms you may have (only 2 clicks a week!).
Register at www.gotflu.org. By answering the two weekly questions you are eligible to win the following prizes:
Each week four $25 winners
Every four weeks two $75 winners
