Description:
What are the human rights challenges facing the United States? Eleven years after detainees have been held at Guantanamo, what should the United States do to uphold human rights and to ensure proper international standards of justice? What constitutes proper oversight and use of drones in international law? What role should the U.S. play in supporting and contributing to the work of the International Criminal Court?
