Holiday Gingerbread Display by UMD Catering Kitchen
Description:
Our UMD Catering Kitchen team, under the direction of Chef William Rogers, created a Holiday Gingerbread village to display their creative skills and passions.
The exhibit is located at display case 3 in The Stamp, between December 7th, 2012 and January 1st, 2012.
Good Tidings Catering is UMD's full service catering operation. We provide delicious food to meet your desires: from formal receptions and seated meals to casual coffee and snack breaks, all served by our professional, hospitable staff.
