About the Talk: Drawing on results from the latest census in 2010, this talk intends to provide an overview of China's demographic transformation in historical perspective in terms of fertility trends, fertility policy, population structure, elderly support, sex ratio at birth, and labor supply, as well as future demographic challenges to the Chinese society.
