Considering a Career in International Affairs: An Evening with Julius Coles
Description:
In celebration of Black History Month, Global Communities welcomes Julius Coles, Director of Morehouse College's Andrew Young Center for International Affairs.
Before assuming his position at Morehouse, Mr. Coles served as president of Africare and was a senior official with the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). While with USAID, Mr. Coles was Mission Director in Swaziland and Senegal and served in Vietnam, Morocco, Liberia, Nepal and Washington Dc. Mr. Coles received his BA from Morehouse College and a Master of Public Affairs from Princeton University.
Representatives from UMD's Education Abroad office will be on hand to discuss options to gain critical international experience before you graduate.
