The School of Public Policys Tuesday Policy Forum will feature Robert Koulish, Ph.D, a political scientist, author of the book, "Immigration and American Democracy: Subverting the Rule of Law," and currently researching the criminalization of immigration detention and alternatives to detention at the Center for American Politics and Citizenship (UMD); and Michael Rosenberg, a Master of Public Policy candidate specializing in Social Policy at the University of Maryland, and a member of the Frederick County Coalition for Immigration Concerns and Reform.
