Join University of Maryland Legal Counsel Anne Bowden for a lively discussion of the Universitys Policy on Intellectual Property. Learn when you can claim ownership of research, publications, inventions, and data and when you cannot. Learn about the University system for determining ownership and licensing rights and what you can do if a dispute arises. Find out about restrictions on faculty use of student work and other protections you may not know about. This is a great opportunity to learn about the Universitys intellectual property policy in a forum where questions will be encouraged!
