It's day 2 of the Stress Less Photo Challenge. Today's theme is BEING ACTIVE. Regular physical activity has been shown to have a positive effect on stress levels. Being physically active releases endorphins, increases self-esteem, and improves overall health, which makes dealing with the pitfalls of stress much easier.
