Rm 1140 Karla Dakin, landscape architect, is co-author of the new book the professional design guide to green roofs: 2013 published by Timber Press. Karla Dakin, principal of K. Dakin Design specializes in artful, environmentally bold Landscape Architecture. She combines 15 years of professional expertise in the art worlds of LA, NY and San Francisco with a degree from CU Denver. Karlas passion for art and design influences all of her work, and makes her insights invaluable to collaborative efforts. Plant-obsessed, Karla uses vegetation in forward thinking ways, as exemplified by her roof garden for the Museum of Contemporary Art/Denver. {Will appear in FYI on Apr 18, 2013
