National Walk at Lunch Day TODAY

Turn a working lunch into a walking lunch! Grab a co-worker, get out of the office and take to the sidewalks and recreation facilities of campus for National Walk at Lunch Day. Just 30 minutes of moderate physical activity, such as a brisk walk, at least five times a week has significant health benefits. Some places to walk at UMD: Cole Fieldhouse, Reckord Armory Gym, McKeldin Mall, Labyrinth at the Garden of Reflection and Remembrance - or any of the many pedestrian paths across campus.
