MAPP Exhibition: "Building the City AnewHamburg, Germany: Vibrant, Livable, Sustainable; a Journey into the City of TomorrowThrough October 7, 2013

Description:
"Building the City AnewHamburg, Germany: Vibrant, Livable, Sustainable; a Journey into the City of Tomorrow, presented by the Goethe Institut, is an interactive exhibit showing Hamburg, Germany, as the scene of two of Europes major urban development projects: HafenCity and International Building Exhibition (IBA). This project presents examples of planning, strategies and projects within the city of Hamburg as a way to initiate an international dialogue about solutions for the future. Visit the Kibel Gallery, in the lower level of Architecture Building, which will be on exhibit through October 7, 2013. Hours are Monday-Thursday, 9am-9pm, Friday, 9am-6pm; weekends by appointment.
