Alternative Teaching Careers for ARHU Graduate Students

Description:
This workshop will cover teaching alternatives to the traditional academic job market including options with community colleges, private and public K-12 schools, vocational schools, private instruction, language schools, non-profit, community organizations and more. In particular, we will focus on how to find these types of positions, how you can best market yourself and what to expect from these alternative career paths. This event is co-sponsored by the College of Arts & Humanities and the University Career Center & The Presidents Promise and is for ARHU graduate students only.
