Wellness Tip of the Week: Protect Yourself Against the Flu

Flu season is once again upon us and, as always, prevention is key. Be smart about washing your hands, eating a balanced diet rich in nutrients, getting enough sleep, and managing your stress levels. The single best way to protect yourself and the people around you is by getting the flu vaccine each year. Get it early for the best protection. The University Health Center is offering flu shots to students, faculty, staff, and visitors for only $20 self-pay (your insurance provider may cover the cost).
