CISSM and Roshan Institute present Making History? Will Irans Domestic Politics Permit a Change in its Foreign Policy?

This special event will be held from 12:15 to 1:30 pm in Urlich Recital Hall, Tawes Hall, University of Maryland, College Park, MD 20742. Domestic political pressures in both Iran and the United States hold the potential to undermine any progress the two elected governments make toward resolving the longstanding conflict about Iran's nuclear program and easing broader U.S.-Iranian tensions. This panel discussion will look specifically at the role that Iranian domestic politics plays in the country's foreign policy-making.
