Climbing the Social Ladder: Minorities in Corporate America

Description:
The Black Political Student Association presents an illuminating reality of minorities succeeding, competing, and acclimating in Corporate America. Come hear the panel discussion on the truths of being a minority in the workforce in a supposed post-racial society. The topics will include institutionalized racism, collegiate graduation rates of minorities, traditional ethnic styles that are not accepted in the workplace, difference in wages, and other aspects of the workforce in which minorities might have to comply.
