Join us for the kickoff event of the Center for the Study of Business Ethics, Regulation, and Crime (C-BERC), a new center jointly sponsored by University of Maryland's Robert H. Smith School of Business and the College of Behavioral and Social Sciences. Guest speaker Professor John C. Coffee, Jr., Adolf A. Berle Professor of Law at Columbia Law School, will discuss: Missing in Action?: What Explains SEC Passivity.
