Wellness Tip of the Week: Commit to Quit

The beginning of a new year is a time many of us think about healthy changes wed like to make. Perhaps one of your resolutions is to quit smoking. Fortunately, there are considerable smoking cessation resources available right on campus for free through the University Health Center, including cessation counseling, nicotine replacement therapies, and acupuncture.
