Wellness Tip of the Week: Make Healthy Snacking Easy

The obvious truth is that its easier to make healthy choices when they are convenient. When it comes to snacking, we often go for whats handy and quick. With a little forethought, you can make healthy snacking a no-brainer. Think about where and when you tend to snack the most  at work, on the go, in front of the TV? Identify a few healthy snacking options that you actually enjoy. Here are 12 simple snack ideas if youre feeling stuck: Next time you head to the grocery store, stock up and store the snacks in a strategic location  in your desk drawer or office refrigerator, or maybe a non-perishable snack in your cars glove compartment.
