Walk for Wellness 2014

Walking is one of the safest, most effective and convenient ways to stay active regardless of age or fitness level. Its also a great way to clear your mind and reduce stress. Start a regular walking routine by joining CRS Walk for Wellness Challenge! You can sign-up as an individual or as a team of 5 with your co-workers: The challenge starts Monday, January 13. Heres how it works: Walk at least 20 minutes a day for up to 5 days per week in one of the 3 designated Wellness Walking Zones. The more you walk, the more points you earn. The top 10 point earners will be entered into a raffle for the grand prize of a heart rate monitor and Noodles & Company meals for a year (1 per month). {Will appear in FYI on Jan 8, 2014
