Walk for Wellness Challenge - LAST CALL

Today is the LAST DAY to register to participate in CRS Walk for Wellness Challenge. This program is a great way to incorporate physical activity into your workday routine. You can sign-up as an individual or as a team of 5 with your co-workers. Learn more and register at: Walk at least 20 minutes a day for up to 5 days per week in one of the 4 designated Wellness Walking Zones. The more you walk, the more points you earn. The top 10 point earners will be entered into a raffle for the grand prize of a heart rate monitor and Noodles & Company meals for a year (1 per month).
