Career Panel: Entrepreneurship in Language Services: Building Translation and Interpreting Companies

Description:
Hear from local entrepreneurs who have started their own language service companies during this one-hour career panel. From 2:30-3 pm, you will be able to follow up with them one-on-one for more information about their career paths and companies. This program is part of the GSIT Career Speaker Series but is open to all students, especially those with an interest in entrepreneurship and/or languages. Confirmed panelists include: Jiri Stejskal, President & CEO, CETRA, Inc. Kathleen K. Diamond Consultant, Language Access and Entrepreneurship Commissioner, Certification Commission for Healthcare Interpreters (CCHI) Membership Secretary, ASTM F43 Language Services and Products (ASTM) Chair, Standards Task Force, Association of Language Companies (ALC) {Will appear in FYI on Feb 26, 2014
