Elizabeth Arnold, University of Arizona; 4:00 p.m., PLS 1130 Seminar Title: Fungal endophytes from the tropics to the tundra: clues to the evolution of plant-fungal symbioses Dr. Betsy Arnold came to mycology from a background in ecology and evolutionary biology, and now studies the union of these disciplines with an enthusiastic focus on endophytic symbionts of plants.
