Please join us as the School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation presents the Marvin Breckenridge Patterson Lecture by architect and activist Kareem Ibrahim, CoFounder of the Takween Integrated Community Development. Mr. Ibrahim will be lecturing on Urbanism, Heritage and Revolution in Egypt as part of MAPPs Spring 2014 Lecture Series on Wednesday, February 26th at 6:00pm. He will also offer a seminar + workshop on Safeguarding Hassan Fathys New Gourna: a Tale of Three Villages on Thursday, February 27th from 12noon to 2:00pm.
