A Witnessing to History - A Panel Discussion at the Driskell Center

Description:
"A Witnessing to History", a conversation between Distinguished University Professors Ira Berlin and David C. Driskell, is an historic discussion about major U.S. and international events that have had a defining impact on our way of life and destiny, as a culture and as a country. The goal of the discussion is to highlight the importance of understanding history and how historical events have impacted us collectively and individually. The event is moderated by Prof. Curlee R. Holton, the David C. Driskell Center's Acting Executive Director; welcoming by Dean Bonnie Thornton Dill, Dean of the College of Arts and Humanities. {Will appear in FYI on Mar 5, 2014
