Talk Tonight! What Does "Certified Organic" Look Like?

Calling all those who care about what they eat! What does it mean for a farm to be Certified Organic? Carrie Vaughn of Clagett Farm will speak from the farmer's perspective. This will include requirements, dealing with certification agents, effects on farming operations, and finally marketing. Toward the end there will be a short debate about pros and cons of certification - discussing why some farms choose not to get certified. {Will appear in FYI on Mar 4, 2014
