"Obstacle Course to Gold Mountain: Asian Americans and Wealth"

Description:
Meizhu Lui is the Director of the Closing the Racial Wealth Gap Initiative at the Insight Center for Community Economic Development. Insight helps people and communities become, and remain, economically secure through innovative employment, early childhood, business development, and asset building programs. She is a co-author of "The Color of Wealth: The Story Behind the US Racial Wealth Divide" and her articles and chapters on asset building in communities of color have been published in various books and magazines. Her work has also drawn media attention. {Will appear in FYI on Nov 5, 2009
